FCCLA

To compete, we must have an affiliated chapter set up and each participating member must have dues paid.  Dues are to be paid by 2/1/21. www.ilfccla.org and submitted to : Marta Lockwood, FCCLA Executive Director (217) 728-2787.

Here are important dates for FCCLA  (Note*training on communication and leadership)

• The advisor’s meetings are attended by teachers and scheduled on October 9, November 13, January 8, February 12, March 12 and May 7,2021.  
• The “Fall Leadership Conference” is for the students from Region 1 and is scheduled virtually on October 21, 2021 from 4-6:30pm.  ( This is a fantastic experience!)
• *FCCLA State Virtual meetings on Tuesdays
• *FCCLA Advisor Academy training courses : Virtual :  November 2,2020
• *FCCLA Advisor Academy:  Creating Youth Leaders, December 1, 2020
• *FCCLA Advisor Academy Training:  January 4,2020 -How to be effective leaders and communicators in the school and community.   
• FCCLA Regional competition is scheduled the whole week of 1/25/21 or 2/1/21 at the College of Du Page, TBA in person or virtual. 
• *FCCLA Advisor Academy: Remaining relevant as a Chapter 2/1/20
• FCCLA State Competition:  April 8,2021, In Springfield TBD in person or virtual
• FCCLA National Competition:  June 27-July 2,2021
